Superpowers: Unleash Your Full Potential!

There are many skills that a person can have, but a few of them have massive impact on other skills and your overall potential as a person -- I call them superpowers. So far I have identified five superpowers: sleep, focus, learn, believe, love. By honing those superpowers, you can unleash your full potential and do/be anything you want. Without them, you will perish.

Sleep is the most powerful. Sleep restores all your other skills to 100%, so obviously without it, you would be operating at less than that.

Focus allows you to manifest your beliefs and execute to make things happen. If you have a new belief/plan/task to improve your life, it can't happen if you are constantly distracted, which the mind has a high tendency to do.

Learn is how you can learn other skills. When you stop learning, you stop growing. So keep growing by keep learning. And it helps to learn how to learn -- be sure to subscribe and listen to the free podcasts.

Believe in your own beliefs to free your mind to create purpose. With it, you can change your perspective of what's important/fun/interesting to you. Instead of letting others or your emotions control you, by believing in your own beliefs, you gain freedom in what you want to do in your life.

Love is the most powerful emotion. When you are in love, you would do anything for that someone or something. Love the people around you and everything that you do. Compassion is required for true love.

Master those superpowers and unleash your full potential!!
